Wendy Bauer has joined 3M as Group President for the company's Transportation and Electronics Business Group. Wendy will lead 3M's business segments focused on electronics, automotive and aerospace, commercial solutions, advanced materials, and transportation safety.

Wendy joins 3M after leading the global automotive and manufacturing organization for Amazon Web Services. She has more than 20 years of experience in the automotive industry, where her focus on innovation has been rooted in collaboration. Wendy has been recognized as a Top-25 Women in Automotive by Automobilewoche in Europe (2024), a Software-Defined Vehicle Innovator Leader by MotorTrend (2023), and a Top-100 Women in North America Auto Industry (2020).
