The first system to provide real-time feedback on the adhesive mix quality during the dispensing process, the 3M™ Adhesive Mix Monitor takes the guesswork out of using two-part adhesives:

• Using proprietary 3M technology, the system uses disposable sensors and a small processing unit which streams data in real time, giving you visibility into your dispensing process—whether you’re in the room or on the other side of the globe.
• The system utilizes red and green light indicators to present data that is clear and easy to understand and alerts operators to dispensing issues as they occur, minimizing rework and reducing the need for slow and costly checks.
• This technology adds a level of traceability to two-part adhesive dispensing, which hasn’t been possible until now.

Invented and refined by 3M, this system works exclusively with 3M two-part structural adhesives and easily integrates into existing manufacturing processes with simple setup, a small footprint, and just a few pieces.
