3M Health Information Systems has signed an agreement with MedPartners HIM to offer the company’s credentialed clinical documentation improvement (CDI) staffing resources with 3M’s complete suite of ICD-10 and CDI consulting services and software. The integrated outsourcing service will help hospitals and health systems manage both interim and long-term CDI staffing required for organizational CDI initiatives and to prepare for ICD-10 implementation in October 2014.
