32 Lumens, SVGA Resolution, Full Two-Hour Battery Life, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth Offer Unparalleled Experience
Pocket Projectors burst onto the consumer electronics scene just three years ago. Sleek and cool, they promised to revolutionize the industry, but one question remained: can they really deliver a full-length presentation? With the 3M MP180, the latest in the award-winning 3M family of pocket projectors, the answer is a resounding “yes.” The MP180 offers 32 lumens of brightness and SVGA resolution for extraordinary image quality, while delivering a full two-hour battery life. This unprecedented combination makes it easy for business professionals to share presentations, video and more virtually anywhere. The 3M MP180 will be on display at the Consumer Electronics Show, Las Vegas Convention Center, South Hall, upper level, booth 36526.
Designed with the on-the-go professional in mind, the MP180 allows users to present PowerPoint® files, videos, photos or documents, at the touch of a button. A touch screen makes operation a snap, while Wi-Fi™ connectivity and Bluetooth® compatibility enable Internet browsing and file transfer from laptops or smart phones. The unit will also support Adobe® Flash® facilitating easy viewing of Web pages and videos. The MP180 features an integrated MP3 player, 4 gigabytes of internal memory, a micro SD card slot, and USB so people can, literally, grab and go.
“The 3M MP180 is our brightest and best-equipped projector to date,” said Mark Colin, vice president, 3M Mobile Interactive Solutions Division. “Its unmatched versatility and superior image quality is perfect for the mobile road warrior. And, with two-hours battery life, people can rest assured that they will be able to get through just about any presentation without needing to recharge.”
The MP180 includes an audio output, so users can connect headphones or external speakers. An integrated flip stand, tripod and a variety of input cables, ensure it’s ready to use “out-of-the-box” with a wide range of today’s most popular video output gadgets. Available optional accessories include an adapter cable for Apple® products, and presentation binder with screen.
The MP180 is now available for pre-order and will begin shipping in late January. Visit the “Where to Buy” section of 3mpocketprojectors.com or shop3m.com to for more information. The MP180 has an estimated price of $449. Optional accessories are sold separately. For more information and live updates from our booth at CES, please visit www.3mpocketprojectors.com.
