HighJump Solution Will Help Boost Visibility and Efficiency in Growing Operations Through Integration With Customer Technologies
HighJump Software, a 3M company, a global provider of adaptable supply chain execution solutions, today announced that Keller Logistics, a third-party logistics provider, has selected HighJump Supply Chain Advantage suite to manage increasing requirements across its growing customer base. One of these requirements is the ability to integrate with its customers’ various ERP systems. In addition, the company expects to improve inventory accuracy, employee efficiency and visibility throughout its entire supply chain as it replaces paper-based processes with HighJump Software’s advanced warehouse and yard management solutions.
Keller Logistics operates more than 400,000 square feet of warehouse space across multiple sites in Ohio. The company manages a variety of specialized inventory requirements for its customers, which distribute a diverse range of products, including food, building materials and agricultural products. Keller Logistics plans to use the HighJump system to integrate directly with its customers’ ERP applications to exchange order and inventory information. This approach will provide common data for all parties and reduce the time required for customer service personnel to handle inquiries.
Keller Logistics also selected HighJump Supply Chain Advantage suite to strengthen its ability to help customers meet regulatory requirements. In particular, the company needed robust inventory management capabilities, such as first-in-first-out product rotation and lot tracking to comply with FDA regulations.
The 3PL plans to manage multiple yards with HighJump Yard Advantage, which will provide real-time information; intelligent work direction; and complete visibility of trucks, trailers, drivers, goods and materials. The company will also use the system to document carrier noncompliance.
