ISO 9001:2000 certification addresses 3M Commercial Graphics' quality management systems in order to demonstrate 3M's capability to meet customer requirements, including understanding customer needs, meeting their requirements, keeping customers informed and measuring satisfaction.

ISO 9001:2000 registration is valid for three years. ISO-certified companies must successfully complete extensive external evaluations to ensure ongoing conformity to international ISO standards in order to retain certification.
