3M has been named to the Top 20 list of companies in the annual Best Companies for Leadership study. The list ranks companies for leadership around the world and examines how those companies nurture talent and foster innovation in their organizations.
The list is compiled by Hay Group, a global consulting firm that has studied the Best Companies for Leadership since 2005.

They are active change agents in this transformation and focused on building leaders of the future.

This year’s survey includes responses from nearly 18,000 individuals at more than 2,200 organizations worldwide. The survey was based on the organization’s response to an online questionnaire and peer nominations.
