World’s Leading Brewer InBev Selects Solutions from HighJump Software to Standardize Global Supply Chain

HighJump Software, a 3M company, a global provider of supply chain execution solutions, today announced that global brewer InBev has chosen the HighJump Supply Chain Advantage suite for its worldwide warehouse operations. The first implementation of the HighJump solutions will be in the United Kingdom later this year. InBev will use the solutions as part of a comprehensive IT strategy, designed to link disparate production facilities, strengthen process execution and improve management visibility with consolidated, real-time information.

InBev is the world’s leading brewer, with a portfolio of such well-known brands as Stella Artois, Beck’s, Leffe and Brahma, among many others. In the highly competitive beer industry, there are constantly shifting supply chain requirements and regulations at local, regional and national levels. In order to increase customer satisfaction and achieve its dream to become the best beer company in the world, InBev sought the backing and support of a global brand that truly understands the needs of its customers, as well as the major supply chain issues and challenges.

“We wanted to work with a multinational company that not only understands the complexity of our supply chain operations, but also knows firsthand the importance of standardizing the underlying technologies to effectively support growth,” said Koen Goossens, logistics director, Western Europe, InBev. “With HighJump Software and 3M behind us, we’re confident we can keep our customers in the forefront through a solid approach to managing our diverse product lines and rapidly changing environment.”

“This agreement with InBev is further testament to the high industry regard for HighJump as a technology capable of revolutionizing the control that companies have over their supply chain,” said Jim Walsh, vice president of International Operations, HighJump Software. “The HighJump system will enable InBev to strengthen its supply chain visibility, enhance operational efficiency, heighten productivity and boost customer service levels.”
