The Board of Directors of 3M (NYSE:MMM) today declared a regular quarterly dividend of 42 cents per outstanding share of its common stock. The dividend is payable Dec. 12, 2005, to shareholders of record at the close of business on Nov. 25, 2005. This cash dividend is the 357th consecutive quarterly dividend paid by 3M.
