Designed specifically for use in residential and commercial construction projects, the 3M wire connector 412 will accept up to four #12 solid or stranded wires and has a range of #22 to #8 wires. It is tan with a hexagon-shaped head and a wider spring opening that enables easier and faster insertion of larger wire combinations.
This molded connector - the newest from 3M - resists warping and expansion even when pushed to the upper limits of its wire ranges. The wing design and quick-biting spring make it easy to apply and back off. It can be installed with 3M WCD-P and WCD-H wire connector drivers or a 5/16-inch socket driver. It is available in bags, boxes, jugs and kegs.
