At the 2004 Pack Expo show today, 3M, the industry leader in packaging equipment and tapes, announced the introduction of the new 3M-Matic case sealer 110a. Designed for lighter-duty case sealing operations, the semi-automatic 3M-Matic case sealer 110a is compact and fast, sealing up to 30 cases per minute.
Easily adjustable for different size case runs, the 3M-Matic bottom drive belt 110a features 3M's advanced, low-impact 3M AccuGlide II taping heads with curvilinear tracks. Additional features include a height adjustment crank, adjustable side guides and a sturdy bottom belt drive mechanism with easy to install laced replacements. Dual masts offer extra stability and uniform height adjustment.
"3M-Matic packaging equipment is known for its consistent quality, performance and reliability," said Michael Koller, packaging business unit manager, 3M Industrial Adhesives and Tapes Division. "The 3M-Matic 110a is an affordable option for manufacturers seeking to standardize their packaging equipment across global operations without sacrificing quality."
