In honor of Pride Month, 3M highlighted two employees who are working with the company to provide insight and resources for individuals navigating LGBTQ+ challenges.

In celebration of Pride Month, 3M locations around the world raised the LGBTQ+ Pride flag to show their commitment to promoting a positive and open working environment.

3Mers in Poland are providing shelter and support for colleagues and others fleeing from the Russian invasion in Ukraine.

3Mers have stepped up to support Ukraine. They have donated more than US $376,000 and with the 3M Foundation dollar-for-dollar match, Ukraine has received more than US $752,000.

Dr. Christian Seelandt, 3M’s medical science liaison for central Europe, went beyond his role to help surgeons in Ukraine get 200 negative pressure wound therapy devices and other surgical supplies.
