Healthland to license 3M coding, grouping, editing and reimbursement
software products. Healthland will integrate the 3M solutions with its
electronic health record (EHR) system and other applications to provide
customers with actionable information that can be used to improve
clinical outcomes, obtain appropriate reimbursement, facilitate quality
reporting and prepare for ICD-10.

Healthland has licensed regulatory data and logic for CMS MS-DRGs,
Ambulatory Payment Classifications (APCs). Long-term Care DRGs, and
Medical Necessity edits.
